If you work in the food service industry in the State of California you are required to get your food handler certificate. This one hour course and test (seat times may vary) covers all of the required topics such as proper times and temperatures for cooking and storing food, personal hygiene, equipment sanitation and much more. Our official three year certificate is printed upon the completion of the course. Just keep a copy for yourself and hand one to your employer.
